Method
- Rinse your rice and bring water to boil.
- Add in chicken bouillon and salt to flavor.
- Once boiling, add your rinsed rice. I use the 1:2 ratio: For every cup of rice, two cups of liquid.
- Add minced garlic, bay leaves, and cover. Cook until done. (17-20 minutes).
- Once the rice is done, fluff and add chopped cilantro and lime juice.
Notes
I add a little cilantro and lime at a time, as well as more salt, so that I can adjust the flavor to my liking. You can add as much cilantro and lime juice as you like.
