Recipe Tips
Use a Variety of Citrus: like blood oranges, lemons, and cara cara oranges in your recipe not only for their distinct flavors but also for the vibrant visual appeal they bring to your dish.
Cook Time: Keep an eye on the salmon as it cooks. Aim for tender salmon that flakes easily with a fork. Cooking times may vary slightly, so adjust accordingly for that just-right texture.
Garnishing: Elevate your presentation by garnishing with fresh herbs and a slice (or wedge) of citrus to drizzle on top just before serving.
